Let Baby Lead The Way

Live, virtual class

There are mixed opinions about when to start your baby on the transition from only milk to solid foods. Family and friends may offer advice, but how can you be sure it’s right for your baby?

In this class, you will be introduced to the concept of baby-led weaning as an approach for babies who are starting to eat solid foods. It’s all about letting your baby explore tastes and textures and sharing meals together as a family.

In this workshop, we will discuss

  • when to start solid foods
  • ideal first foods
  • how to prepare foods that are nutritionally beneficial to your baby

This is a 2-hour class that will help you start feeding your baby nutritious foods with confidence.
