We are committed to growing the lactation profession by training the next generation of IBCLCs through paid internships in multiple care settings ensuring access to training for all. Our focus is on fostering an inclusive, equitable profession — ensuring that all care is grounded in evidence, compassion, and is delivered by individuals from all backgrounds with a calling to serve families.
