If you are a Breastfeeding Success patient, visit our patient portal to access your consultation notes, care plans, and bills in one secure place. We’re always available to help you with questions about your care — see our tips on using the portal and dealing with insurance claims right here.

Patient portal tips

After booking your first appointment, you will receive a welcome email asking you to register on the portal. Once you have registered, log onto the portal any time. Search your email or drop a note to info@bfsuccess.com if you need us to resend your portal invitation. 

Visit the Portal

  1. Log into the patient portal with the email address and password you used to register. 
  2. Scroll down and click on View REcords. This option is marked with a “document” icon.
  3. You will see your profile summary. Click on the “Clinical summary” icon — you may need to click more than once.
  4. Scroll down to review the care plan details shown by date.

  2. Scroll down and click on Pay My Bill. This option is marked with a “$” icon.

  3. You will see your account summary. Click on the “Make Payment on Current Balance” button.

  4. You will then be able to enter the amount you wish to pay and your credit card details to make your payment.
