How To Make a Birth Plan

A birth plan helps you clarify, write down, and communicate your wishes for labor and delivery. Having one can ease anxiety, build confidence, and open up conversation with your care team.

Private Sessions by Appointment

Work one-on-one with Ali, our Childbirth Educator and Parent Education Program Manager, to build a birth plan that reflects your wishes. Your session includes:

  • A guided questionnaire to help you clarify your preferences
  • A few short online prep assignments
  • A private session to finalize your plan
  • Tips for using it with your provider and birth team

You’ll finish with a clear, flexible birth plan ready to share with your care team.

1 hour SESSION: $100.00
